Shipping policy
All orders placed through our website include Standard Threshold Shipping by default. This means items will be delivered to the first dry area of your home (such as a garage or covered porch) but will not be unpacked or assembled.
If you would like to upgrade to Deluxe White-Glove Delivery, this service includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and assembly of your item(s) (where available). White-glove delivery is available for an additional charge, which will be quoted separately after your order is placed. You may choose to approve this upcharge at that time, and the additional cost will be billed to your card prior to scheduling.
Please note the following:
• White-glove delivery and assembly are only available in select areas.
• If your furniture is shipped via a specialized freight carrier, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment within a four-hour window.
• If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days of contact, storage fees may apply and will be charged to your card.
• If you are interested in white-glove service or assembly, please confirm this when the carrier contacts you to schedule.
Important Notes on Delivery:
• If any items arrive damaged or with missing parts, this must be noted on the shipping waybill at the time of delivery. If packaging is unavailable for inspection, please note this as well.
• Signing the waybill without noting visible damages means we cannot be responsible for repair or replacement.
• All damages must be reported to our customer service team within three (3) days of receipt.

Custom & International Orders
All of our furniture pieces are made-to-order and bespoke, crafted specifically for you. As such, all sales are final—orders for furniture, bedding, gifts, and other custom-made items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.
Color variations may occur due to differences in dye lots and screen displays. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for return.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties and international shipping charges, which will be calculated and charged to the card provided at the time of shipping.
We do not accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale, or special-order items.
